A full refund will be given if your cruise ship cannot berth in Port Chalmers on the scheduled date. A cancellation fee equal to the full cost of your tour booking is payable if you cancel your tour within 24 hours of your tour departing. If for any reason you miss the departure of your ship from Port Chalmers, we shall assist you in travelling to your ships next port of call, but the costs of such travel are payable by you. You will be connected to a thank you page, with a link to click on, to enter your credit card details, over a secure connection. |
