We will take care of you and your possessions, but will not be held liable for any loss, delay or damage to either.

Payment We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash as payment.  Prices are in New Zealand Dollars, and include GST (sales tax).

Hotel or motel pickup from central Christchurch is available on all tours.  Departures from private addresses can be arranged but may incur an additional fee.

Child price (13 years and under) is 50% of adult price, when traveling with an adult, unless child price is specified.

Cancellations  Tours cancelled within 24 hours of departure, and 'no shows' incur a 100% cancellation fee.  Tours which include the TranzALpine Train incur a 50% cancellation fee if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to departure, and 100% cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of departure.

Single bookings are available, although a minimum of 2 passengers is required for all tours, except a private tour.
